Enjoy a complimentary reception and presentation from visiting scholar, Joel Berger on wildlife conservation. From the impacts of energy development on Yellowstone’s pronghorn to wild yak surveys on the Tibetan Plateau, Berger’s research spans human-wildlife interactions, long-distance migrations and climate change.

In an effort to recognize the hard work and dedication of Oklahoma’s educators, the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History will provide complimentary admission to all Oklahoma pre-k through 12th-grade teachers and their families during the month of October.

Fall Family Membership Special

During October, the museum will offer family memberships at a discounted cost of $35 from $45 as part of the Fall Family Special. Membership to the museum provides complimentary admission for two adults and children in the family under the age of 18. Membership discounts are only available at the museum, not online.

The Institute of Museum and Library Services recognized the Sam Noble Museum as an outstanding organization for its exceptional contributions to the community. This award is only given to five museums annually and is the highest honor for commending museums and libraries for community service efforts.
