Collections Database: Division of Invertebrate Paleontology
possible by support from National Science Foundation Grant DBI-0545092 and
the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History.
Division of Paleobotany
This database is an integrated computerized database
of both the invertebrate paleontology and paleobotany collection databases.
These collections contain more than a half million specimens collected
over a century of expeditions from Oklahoma to Alaska, Canada, and Western
Europe, including a large number of specimens of economic and scientific
interest. This is phase 1 of an Integrated Computerization of Invertebrate
Paleontology and Paleobotany Collections.
High resolution research quality images of many specimens
are available to qualified researchers as digital loans. Contact
Collections Staff for additional information.
